Love Coffee or Hot Cocoa? Check out Two Rivers Coffee

I love coffee. In fact, I’m about to make my second cup of the day. I drink 2-4 cups daily. I know I should probably cut down on my caffeine intake, but caffeine doesn’t really have much of an effect on me. I can literally drink a cup of coffee at 11:00 PM and go straight to bed and fall asleep (unless I’m going through a bout of insomnia).

For me, coffee is soothing and relaxing. I drink coffee the same way someone might enjoy a cup of tea. It’s my “go-to” comfort beverage.

I almost always drink regular coffee with a splash of French Vanilla creamer. Every now and then I do like to try out a flavored coffee. There is a peppermint mocha beverage sold at a local coffee shop that is my favorite flavored coffee. Too bad it’s not offered year round.

I divided the pods up into two larger freezer bags – coffee in one bag and hot cocoa in the other. That way I didn’t mistakenly make hot cocoa if I was craving coffee, and vice versa.

Notable favorites are the Crave Hot Cocoa (dark chocolate), Van Der Laan Creme de Menthe hot cocoa, Cookie Jar Double Chocolate Chunk Cookie coffee, and Brooklyn Gingerbread Man coffee.
